Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PDF Office Reader ("the Service"), including our website (pdfoffice.app) and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

PDF Office Reader provides PDF tools and utilities including:

• PDF viewing and reading
• Merging multiple PDF files
• Splitting PDF documents
• Converting between file formats (PDF, images, text)
• Document scanning
• PDF annotation and editing
• Password protection for PDF files

All file processing is performed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or have access to your files.

User Accounts and Subscriptions

Free Version: Basic features are available for free with advertisements.

Premium Subscription: Unlocks all features and removes advertisements. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Subscription fees are charged according to your selected plan (monthly or yearly).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by PDF Office Reader and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.
• You retain all rights to your own documents and files processed through the Service.
• We do not claim any ownership over files you process using our tools.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Office Reader and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
